These adorable treats are great for enjoying with a cuppa this Easter weekend. Use your favourite chocolate treats for a truly unique take on this easy recipe.
Ingredients
200g Dark Chocolate
200g Milk Chocolate
1 tbsp Golden Syrup
120g Rich Tea biscuits, broken into small pieces
100g Mini Marshmallows
2 Crunchie Bars roughly chopped
3 Bags of Cadbury Mini Eggs
Method
In a pan of simmering water gently melt the chocolate, butter and syrup in a heatproof bowl. Stir until melted.
Stir in the biscuits, Crunchie bars and marshmallows.
Line a baking tray with a double layer of cling film and tip the chocolate mix in and level out as much as possible. Add the mini eggs to the mixture and set in the fridge for at least three hours or overnight. Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy.
